What’s Involved?
I’m choosing six seniors from Central Valley high schools to join my Class of 2026 Rep Team!
Word-of-mouth is by far my strongest advertising tool, as the best referrals typically come from your trusted and loved friends. My Senior Reps help introduce me to awesome, likeminded new clients. We work together to create memorable and special Senior Portraits, and in turn they serve as my “hype team,” sending me all their coolest and most fun friends as referrals for their own sessions.
I love to treat my Reps with personalized goodies and gifts; stunning, timeless photos; a fun experience and an opportunity to make some new friends.
Our goal is to make your Senior Portrait Experience as fun and engaging as possible while I get to know each rep on a personal level. When our year together wraps up, we won’t just have a business relationship… we’ll be friends! I’m excited to be your biggest cheerleader this year!

Frequently Asked Questions
I ask for a $150 non-refundable retainer payment upon acceptance to the Senior Rep Team. This secures your spot on the team and on my schedule for the year. This can be paid securely online when you (and your parents, if you’re under age 18) sign your contract to participate. This payment goes toward the full price of your Rep Team Experience.
The remainder is due by December 31, 2025. We can set up automatic monthly installments for this balance throughout the fall months, or you’ll be able to make payments at your convenience through your Client Portal.
If you’d prefer to spread your investment out over the full year, we can discuss this as well!
I select individuals who are not only passionate about capturing timeless, authentic, and joyful moments, but also want to create a positive impact on the world around them. I’m looking for fantastic role models with diverse backgrounds, activities, and interests who have a positive outlook on life and are ready to share an incredible experience together!
When you’re accepted onto the Rep Team, we’ll plan some time together at my studio or over Zoom to discuss all the plans for our year together. We’ll both get our calendars out and schedule your Studio Mini Session in August or September and your Fall Session in October, November, or December, and we’ll also tentatively pencil in a spring date for your Spring Session (which we’ll firm up early in the New Year).
I’ll also provide you with tentative dates and locations for our Rep Team Sessions so you can have those on your radar as well. It’s my goal to get as many reps at these special sessions as we can, so we’ll work together to find dates that work for the most participants.
For each referral you send my way who books a session, you’ll receive a $50 Gift Card to use in your own gallery!
After three of your referrals book, you’ll be able to book a Friends Session for up to four participants. We’ll choose a perfect location together (within 45 minutes of Kingsburg), and we’ll take whole group and smaller group photos, as well as a few individuals for each participant. These sessions typically last about 45 minutes. You’ll be able to select and download your 5 favorite images from this session.
If seven or more of your referrals book with me, I’ll give you a $400 gift card to use in your gallery OR toward any Portrait Session in the future! You can use this toward family portraits, purchases of prints and products, etc.
Share your Rep Gallery link or QR code with your friends! Talk with them about your experience planning our sessions, working with me, and your satisfaction with your images!
Share your favorite images from your gallery on your social media and tag me (@fieldhousephoto). Talk about how much fun we have at our sessions, and encourage them to follow me too!
Invite a close friend to tag along to one of our sessions! Seeing first-hand how much fun we have is a great way to earn a referral credit.
